I ordered red quarry tiles for our utility room from Tile Warehouse. While the delivery went smoothly and the tiles itself look lovely I've been having problems cleaning them. I initially tried different floor cleaners and not just mopping but going down on my knees to scrub the tiles by hand but there is always a white residue left. This gets amplified the more you clean.
I rang customer service about 4 weeks ago explaining my problem and the gentleman on the phone felt that I should not have sealed my tiles and he would get back to me with next steps in how to remove the sealant and clean from then onwards. I never heard back.
Last week I reached out to customer service again via email. I got a response quickly along the lines of 'we sell 20.000 of these tiles and no one else has had an issue with them' and if I can send photos. I did and did not hear back for 2 days so wrote a follow up email asking if they could get back to me and suggest cleaning products please. Never heard back still.
Needless to say the customer service is not going to win any awards.
I also have marble, limestone and other ceramic tiles in the house, all sealed the same way as the red quarry tiles and none give me any issues.
While the tiles I ordered are beautiful in itself I cannot recommend them as they never look clean, which is not ideal especially in a high traffic area.
Because of the lack of communication and general unwillingness to help plus staff not appearing to be trained properly to give advice (eg don't seal your tiles?) I would not recommend ordering from here.
I received an item which was made from a different (lower quality) material than that specified for the item on their website so I contacted them to find out next steps. They emailed same day to say they were reviewing it and would get back to me. 8 days later I've had no response, and given other customers' experiences I'm not expecting any. I need to get on now with the project so will source the item via a more reputable company and put it down to experience.

The problems start happening when you need to return something. After having been made to spend £75 for a pallet courier because they won't allow you to deliver unopened tiles back yourself in the car(!), they then let the tiles sit in the warehouse for five days (whilst you're chasing things, and providing proof of delivery etc)...before confirming back to you finally that, yes, they do actually have them in their warehouse after all and they did arrive back safely.
So then, after confirming that the tiles are fine and refundable, they promise to activate a refund straightaway. But....it never comes. It's now nearly two weeks since my package arrived back with them and no refund, or even correspondence from them to explain that the refund is in the pipeline. Just....nothing. My last email went unanswered.
I dealt with Oliver in customer service who genuinely seemed helpful at the time, but then doesn't keep his word. I spoke with his colleague today, Dean, who said Oliver had been stressed from dealing with some staffing issues. I don't know. We'll see. Right now I've no idea if they will actually honour the refund or if they are going to try and keep my money. I can't recommend this company unfortunately. I've wasted so much time and it's been really stressful. Avoid.

Truly horrific customer service, took my money over a month ago with an estimated delivery date of a week later.
Arranged for our tiler to be at the property to receive the tiles & booked him in to fit them the following day.
The day arrived - no tiles, contacted “customer service” with an auto response saying they would get back to me within 24 hours. Chased again when heard no response only to be told the delivery had been delayed & would be delivered at the beginning of September. September rolls around with no update from tile warehouse. Emailed again…twice
Now I’ve been told the tiles won’t be available until the end of September. At this rate I may have tiles by Christmas?
Twice now we’ve had to rebook our tiler & we still have no tiles on our kitchen floor. I requested a refund from tile warehouse last Friday, their automated emails say a response in 24 hours…
I’ll be filing a refund request with my card issuer & won’t be recommending them to anyone.

Really poor customer service, item came significantly late. Packaged horrendously all ripped open. Hence had to buy elsewhere and now being charged £20 to send back.
Spoken to oliver customer service manager and he basically said that it’s not there problem it didn’t arrive as it’s only an “estimated date” however when ordering it says “will be”

I wanted some grey tiles for my bathroom. I got a sample of the Verona Grey Polished Marble Effect Tile and loved it! The colour is stunning! It’s transformed my bathroom and I’m so happy with the results.
The delivery was really good, I was able to choose a day that suited me and on the day of delivery the driver made contact when they were on their way.
A really positive experience and definitely a company I would buy from again.
Thank you!

I had placed an order /delivery selected for 13/8/25. I received an email stating there was a slight delay in my delivery. I did not receive my delivery that day ? so contacted Tile warehouse by email / phone with the delay being with the courier and I would receive delivery 14/8/25 between 2pm- 5pm. I felt some concern and contacted courier direct, who informed me my order would not be delivered. I contacted Oliver & Shreena at Tile warehouse. They were fantastic and understood the consequences of delayed deliveries and contacted the courier. After some back and forth discussion, Oliver managed to have my order delivered within the hour . well done . I would have scored 5* if the courier had not created the delay.

Just had the terrazo tiles fitted to my new kitchen and they look superb.
Excellent service, delivery and advice from the Tile Warehouse. 100% recommended.
Single tile ordered for colour match purpose. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Very reasonable price. Excellent all round service
Whilst ordering I was asked which day I would like the items to be delivered and was expecting it to be fairly quick as they stated but it was a week before I received them and then the driver just dumped the pallet on my drive without actually knocking my door to inform me. Not impressed at all.

Free tile samples came quickly, got a follow up call from Stevan to check we were happy and didn’t need anything else. Tile order arrived yesterday and we love them.

I had a really small tile project to complete around a kitchen window which had been replaced. Tile Warehouse was the only website I could find that had the Cream and Black Metro tiles I needed with an option to order samples, samples arrived quickly and as they were an almost perfect match to my existing tiles so I placed a small order for 25 cream and 5 black, they also arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that the tiles should have been wrapped better before being put in the box, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. There was large bubble wrap included in the box but this was loose rather than wrapped around the tile packs, this resulted in 2 corners being broken off and one chipped in the cream, also 1 black was badly scratched, fortunately I had ordered more than the suggested 10% more than required so I did have plenty to complete my project. it wasn't worth asking for replacements as I knew I still had sufficient but perhaps this review with a suggestion that tile packs are wrapped securely in bubble wrap may prevent this happening. Overall this company is very good and gets your order to your door very quickly, I would recommend them and definitely use them again should I need to.

Watch out they send different batch numbers POOR SERVICE when things go sour!
After searching for Porcelain tiles online, we came across Tile Warehouse, now just to say I am no amateur tile layer, I have been doing this for the last 19 years years using various known online tile companies. At first everything was great, instant responses, friendly telephone conversations however we should really judge and rate a company on when things go bad:
1. After querying whether these tiles could be used outside wall (i know all porcelain tiles can btw) i thought id still check, i was told what their website says is correct i.e. "indoor only". anyway i ordered the tiles and with no surprise the packaging clearly says indoor and outdoor. anyway seems like this company wants to really protect it self and cant be bothered to check the packaging.
2. I purchased the Larsen Grout, again website says indoor only, however the product itself says internal and external, Larsen is a renowned brand! trust what it says on their packaging right?
3. lets get to the main reason why I am complaining. I received 195 tiles (60x60) Elementi grey tiles. there were 48 boxes and some loose ones. I started laying, one box at a time and then realised something wasnt right, i knew they were not rectified therefore there would be some imperfection however this new box i opened were 5mm different, this then triggered me to check the batch something I had never done before in my entire experienced life of tiling! wow, bombshell. 13 boxes of tiles were different batch which contained 60cm x 60cm tiles and the rest were 55.6cm. i would literally have to chop 5mm off the tiles to make up for this. Anyway, i carried on laying the same batch after separating them. Unfortunately tile warehouse were closed at the weekend therefore i mailed them Monday morning with photos, their prompt response stopped all of sudden and was getting the wrong vibes. Tuesday 17.06 i called them spoke to Alex, shockingly he did notice the email but didnt think to respond. then saying he would pick it up.....then tell me I should have checked the batch numbers, then when challenged saying they should have been checked their end to only blame it on the driver. Were not silly, delivery companies do not pick and pack the items. Anyway, Alex came back offered to get them picked up and replaced, i explained i had already taken them 30metres behind my house and the pallets were disposed of. Explained this was a major logistical issue for me to bring them round the front and for the poor driver that would have to bring to pallets to load them on....I suggested make it easy for both parties and make a gesture of goodwill. Response from Alex was pretty shocking he still felt the best solution was to replace them. How can he justify sending a driver to replace the tiles and then have them loaded on two pallets, to take them back, what about my time and effort. After asking to speak to a manager the response was and not surprising, "the response would not change even if you spoke to a manager" wow. Please avoid this company. I wasnt asking for an arm and a leg......just something enough to make it feel right. The fact is i gave them the chance, they dont knoe who i am.....youtube review to follow i guess

Took 4 deliveries to get the quantities I needed due to the amount of broken tiles that turned up on each delivery.
Tiler said very poorly made.
Obviously the company know this so I think these could be seconds 🤔
They do look nice up but far too much of a problem getting them which has delayed the job quite a bit.
Luckily I had a tiler who understood and didn't charge me extra for the extra visits he had to make
I can't recommend this company and wont return

Bought 8 large tiles, delivered on a pallet. Didn’t like them so requested a return. I have a company Ford Ranger pickup, insured to carry goods as I deliver parts to companies but they insist I have to pay to use a courier as they operate from a warehouse, no showroom and are not insured for private individuals. I can deliver these 8 tiles back to them on the original pallet and they lift it off with their forklift. If I was delivering parts for their forklift repair it would be by me in my Ford Ranger? Do they check all the couriers liability insurance? They are just being difficult!

The tiles were great and cheaper than other places but the 5 stars are due to their amazing post delivery service. They are quick to answer emails and they solved my problems in a blink of an eye.
